This Jesus Calvary Cross sculpture is carved from high-quality white marble, standing at 4 meters tall. The composition includes Jesus on the cross, the Virgin Mary, and two other virgins, all depicted in lifelike detail. The design was inspired by Western Christian oil paintings, with the sculptor first creating a clay model, followed by a fiberglass model, and then hand-carving the marble before polishing the final piece. The proportions are well-balanced, and the figures are vivid and expressive. This sculpture has been successfully installed outside a church in Canada, becoming an important symbol for pilgrims.
